With Mindfulness teachers Lauren Sieger and Caitlyn Northover. In a small group setting of 10 for an intimate learning, exploration and practical experience. Build your mindfulness skill set and discover a deeper way of living. Explore with practices and exercises designed to help you create a new perspective of your day. Everyday.

The purpose of this workshop is to move from autopilot to presence. We can often feel disconnected from presence and joy if we haven’t trained to live in this modern fast-paced world. In this workshop we train our minds to pay attention to the deeper layers of daily experience. So that we no longer see our “to-do” lists or ordinary moments of the day as a means to an end but a perfect time to practice presence and joy. And even when life gets busy, stressful or complicated, we have built a mindfulness practice that can guide us through challenging times.

Benefits of mindfulness include: regulated nervous system, reduced stress and emotional reactivity, increased relaxation and clarity.

You will receieve take-home resources, including a journal and 1:1 follow up zoom call.

Exclusive 2-hour in person workshop with Certified Meditation Teacher Lauren Sieger.
